Message have these problems continually?

If you all think that this in any way shape or form has anything to do with Mike's changing his mind (which I have no doubt was fueled by Ash's undeniable use of words to manipulate anyone on this forum) then you should all contact Carl Heffner and his experience with Mr. Powers.

Long story short:

-Carl gives Ash $5500 for a motor
-3 years later Carl finally receives a refund from another customer who eventually buys the motor from Ash

Never once did Carl change his mind about what he wanted. However, for nearly 2 years of that time while I worked with Ash, the poor man was given the run around and ignored. By ignored I mean Carl was never a thorn in anyone's side. He called maybe once every 3 months to get an update and in most cases Ash literally told me not to answer the phone, told me to straight up lie to the man about what was going on, or lied to Carl himself as I was standing there listening to him on the phone.

Case and Point: Regardless of whether or not the customer could potentially be at fault in any way shape or form it is the vendor's responsibility to deliver on their word the first time they sell a product. There is absolutely NO excuse for anyone to wait for the amount of time that Ash obviously has made customers wait. When I say obvious I mean it's pretty clear that these post have constantly been made for the last decade due to the "blah blah blah this is so 2003" replies made throughout these threads.

I'm sorry if you've all heard this before, but my response to the "what's changed?" posts is simply this:

Every day brings us a new member to the Z community. These machines are bought and sold every single day and with each day hundred's of people turn 16 years of age and are eligible to get their driver's license making them a potential candidate to become one of those purchasers. Though research seems like the "smart thing to do," anyone who has ever had any retail experience will know that there are people out there referred to as impulse buyers. All Mike, as well as myself and many others, are trying to do is to protect those kinds of people from becoming a victim to people who prey on those who are far too trusting
