| Ya man. Legal trouble is no fun. The bottom line is I have texts from Ash saying he's going to refund me $3,500. Than instead purchases the turbos and says it was my mistake and now I cant return them. But to coment about me being a flake. I feel that is irrelevant with what happened with the outcome. We discussed everything properly. He was going to sell the sport 700s because he would have better luck selling them than me. I gave additional money for the 3071. Than within 2 weeks I called and asked if he ordered them. He told me no. Than he said to get the gtx turbos you'll need to give me an additional $500. Which I never did. Than I decided to forget the turbos all together, which was a little bit of a dick move on my behalf but Ash was fine with it. I called him and he said he would wire me back the $3500 and that would be the end of the 3071 turbos. Than 2 months go by while I'm in my program ( and I dont have shame about being in my program, thats why I posted about it. Its part of the story) I get out and he ordered the turbos. He said that I never told him to give me the cash back which is a lie since I have proof on my cell phone. I will take a picture for those that don't believe me. He said he would give the cash back, than orders the turbos while I'm away. Anyways NONE of this has to do with any bit of a 6+ month delay. He was supposed to ship me the v3 massives and i/c pipes since last May. He kept ignoring me while I told him about them. He never shipped me any scratch or dent I/C or pipes. He didnt even have them anymore I guess?!?! He was supposed to ship me the disco potato turbos for close to 5 months before I told him I don't even want them anymore since its been so long my build changed. More funds were avalible. Thats when I decided to get the bigger turbos. Please read my post carefully. Nothing in it is a lie and I can back most of my stuff up with pictures of texts. Which I will by tonight.
