Message	I remember in 2002 or 3 when he refunded a shipping cost to me because it wasnt overnight. Since then hes been entrusted with thousands upon thousands of dollars and hes always delivered. I do see that other customers do not get the same treatment, but I had to say that Ive always been pleased with his service and especially his products.
