occasions. It bothers me that he seems to have have such a cavalier attitude about the poor customer service. I work in customer service and can speak from experience. People buy a product because of its quality and reputation they more often than not, base the majority of any further future purchases on the quality of service from the seller or provider. This to me is equally important to product quality.
Its goes along the lines of people are not perfect and make mistakes this is unavoidable. It's how you handle the situation after the mistake has been made that really shows where you stand.
