160,XXX, on a lien, turbos bad, wiring bad, vacuum lines bad, body kit hanging off, miscellaneous bolt ons including turbo timer and boost controller. so question is, what would yall pay?
or better yet, whats the car worth? its been sitting for 9 months and has cheap dp's and tp's.
to be crystal clear the car runs like $h!t.ha i wanted to pick it up for parts but the people selling it won't go any lower than 3k.they obviously know nothing about z's because the add says "runs great" and that wasn't the case at all.right away i found vacuum lines not hooked up and one injector connectornot plugged in.anyways, im pretty sure they had a buddy that saw the car and told them something along the lines of "hey, these twin turbo 300zx's are worth some money" and now they're holding out to try and rip someone off (maybe not on purpose..).the shop that's selling it acquired it last year from a customer who couldn't pay for services they did.problem is it seems like they don't even remember what they did.transmission work was mentioned, but I'm having trouble understanding how the previous owner would spend money on the trannywith sooo much white smoke coming from the exhaust??..idk.. thoughts?
