Message	agreed, call your company if you have full coverage and they will deal with the other persons company. A not at fault accident is a not at fault accident when it come to insurance.. save yourself a headache and call them up. most Z owners are likely not carrying the needed insurance to cover replacement of our cars in the case of an accident (I'm a licensed insurance agent in 44 states) If you or anyone wants to not deal with being low balled on the ACV get a stated value policy.
