Message	jelly. Spray, scrub with a tooth brush or similiar and then rinse off. Might have to repeat 2 or 3 times. This is an acid so be careful with painted surfaces - rinsing off quickly is the key and don't do any of this in the sun or when the wheels are hot. Have used this technique when prep'ing wheels for painting too - really does work well.
