Message	Too many available and too many people incredibly broke and letting theirs go for a steal to make one worth its while at this point. I'm definitely not saying it's no longer possible to make money off of one, but the ease and profit margin are nowhere what they were even recently. There are equal contenders that often vary in value as much as $7-8k, meaning two similar Zs, a regular Joe selling for $6k and a forum enthusiast at $13k. I also take into consideration that markets are local, so my experience is mostly with the general southeast region.
