Subject	What to do with inner fender liners after Rolling?

Message	I rolled my fenders a while back, but I was afraid to remove the liners and give water more easy access to the wiring and stuff. Now, because my liners are kinda just "hanging there" they keep getting touched by the wheels over bumps at speed and are getting chewed up. Besides it looking just plain ugly, it feels kinda dangerous to be eating through the plastic like that. Anyone have any solutions? what have the rest of you done that have rolled your fenders? TT BEAST IN PROGRESS!
