have been done, and people who do not really havent searched. They can't expect to folllow the same course others have with such consistently poor outcomes and expect to be the exception. Equally as baffling is that people continue to use these bad experiences as an excuse for poor customer service. Shame on the customer for expecting somone who has an online store, essentially selling commitments, to actually follow through with something in a timely manner.
