Message	Sells. That bumper uses the ASpec turn signals and comes with that mesh and the license plate bracket shaved. The Nissan JSpec has that mesh that is bought separate or in the bumper kit. If you want regular plastic mesh to use as a grill it can be bought from McMaster Carr. I have that on my Z.
