| You are not obligated to sell because you put an ad on craigslist. There is a price if you want to sell within a 2 week time frame, there is a price to sell if you're willing to wait 6 months, and there is a price to sell if you are willing to wait 2 years. Look at the craigslist prices and order them from low to high in terms of price. You will now know where you want to place your car IF you want to sell it, and match it to the time frame you are willing to wait. It really isn't hard at all. I always price everything stupid high, and wait for someone stupid to offer lower. They think they are getting a crazy deal, but really, I'm getting top dollar for whatever I'm selling. There will always be someone willing to pay what you want, but will you wait for it?
