| But doesn't using AshSpec Doolz intake partially defeat the purpose of the Selin dual MAF translator? The Doolz intake came out before the translator was available, and offered a simpler (but some would say inferior) alternative to the Stillen dual intake set-up. When the Selin translator came along, both of those earlier methods were rendered obsolete. If the Doolz intake allowed as much air into the engine as two separate intakes do, then I could see some merit to using it (and setting the translator to average). But it seems to me that the Doolz reduces flow compared to two separate intakes. (Hence the controversy regarding the superiority of the more complicated but higher-flowing Stillen set-up.) Am I wrong?
