Message	I have project I been working on for a year, its a NATT, the only thing needed to get the car going is a working ECU and wheels, I had a guy that would "make it pass, no matter what" when it came to smog, but I bought a new truck and starting jan 1 2013 the new tests go for anyone registering, as far as I know, it cant be passed under the table, im afraid I will have to part it out soon if I cant find a way to register it, its currently Non OP. has anyone had to deal with it?
