Message	Thanks for the support and advice. To complete the story - Because I have gotten some use of the car I offerred to do a partial split of the cost of the repairs to my car however it has been rejected by Shop A so it appears that I will be heading to small claims court for the full 10k I am allowed to sue for. I am also opening up another BAR investigation. It is unfortunate that it has to end like this but it is the only way to get any traction it seems. I dont want to ruin reputations so even though it is fairly simple to figure out who has ruined my car I most likely will not post what local "Z shop/specialist" did this unless I am completely unsatisfied with the courts verdict which should be in about 2 months. I would seriously recommend to complete full due diligence of a shop before getting caught up in this type of situation.
