and i charged him storage fees for it sitting in my garage . I bought the ski for $4000 , that the seller ( micheal amalfitano ) in S.A TX claimed to 65 hr , bought new bla bla bla . Come to find out he bought it one month eariler for parts as it had been sunk in a lake and pawned it off on me as new condition . I did a title search through the parks and wildlike to find out he was the 4th owner . i contacted the last owner to get the full story ( sunk in a lake with 300 hrs) , presented this to the small claims court in S.A and the judge just shook his head and ordered him to cover everything i was out totaling $1000 over what i paid for the ski . I went to papados and had a few margarita on Mr. Amalfitano . Justice bay bay !
