Message	Viton is actually a type of rubber [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viton ] I can't comment directly on Z1's kit but the material in general is great for valve stem seals. I have put them in Z's and Supra's without issue and its the preferred choice from my head guy who has been doing this for 20 years. Madhatter10-6
