Message	He means the turn signal lenses on the 90-98 tail lamps are orange with clear bulbs, the orange tint comes from the lense. On the 99 tail lamps, the lense is clear, and the orange tint comes from the bulb, which is tinted orange like so: Thus why you use orange bulbs in the 99 lights, and clear in the rest.
