My Mods: Forged INternal (87.5 bore) ARP Head studs/cometic head gasket 5 speed Cams stock heads were shaved (someone had been into head before b/c number stamping on cam journals)Lightweight Flywheel/crank pulley sport 500 turbos / stock exaust manifolds larger intercooler side mount 2.5 exaust/ split down pipes/ test pipes 6B 11b ngk plugs gaped 32 18.5 lbs boost stock fuel rail 740cc injectors new style Ash's 6ps were done New non elthonal fresh fuel new filter Air I think was 11 turner leaned z out b/c was to rich Nistune tuning software (tuner could only get 10 degrees for Ignition timing under Load, If set to 21 degrees motor detonated badly) Under light load I could hear spark Knock. ALSO under light accleration I heard the VCT's going on and off for 3 seconds or maybe it was injectors clicking. Q could Cam timeing be off even tho I have Timeing belt installed properly( mabe vct spring is broke in sproket or clylinder head closer to block causing valve timing to be off. Seems air flow was chokeing, or cam timeing is off, plugs have turned into glow plugs I wish i dynoed Z with the z1 eprom chip with my 555 injectors first so I could see if their was any improvement b/c I installed nistune started turning on dyno and pull 380 hp and 370 TQ with 555cc injectors. I stop dyno installed new 740cc injectors, found 6 air leaks, and found detonation unpluged. Well, fixed all problems and pulled same darn Power Numbers.
