Message	Body work and paint will eat up the much of the 4k you already have. A new shell in great shape, including full interior could cost about the same. One in ok shape maybe just need paint might be around 1k. All dependent where your at. I vote fix yours, cause the swap will take a lot of time and will cause more money, cause you will always find something else to upgrade.
