| If product knowledge was actually important then AZ would have knowledgeable employees. A really good example of this is the difference between your typical Porsche salesman and a Hyundai salesman. Both sell cars, but do not sell cars to the same types of consumers. One type demands higher level of competency out of the frontline retailer vs the other who simply needs a person there because car dealerships aren't self-checkout like a grocery store (yet). Typically high-end marques require some product knowledge certification, whereas when I worked for a Nissan dealer, 3/4 of the guys I worked with didnt know what kind of motor was in a car unless they read the sticker in the window.

But call people who blow up, behead, and mutilate, “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury." --George Washington END THE FED ....learn why, in 42 minutes Full Pardon for PFC Bradley Manning |
