Message	have the insert be flush mounted with the rest of the console like what the 240sx guys have done. Maybe not in faux carbon fiber, but a textured black cupholder insert to match the console would look good. That would be better IMO. The way I see it is the ashtray is useless for me and probably most z owners. Why not replace it with something that is useful, perminent, stock looking and aesthetically pleasing?
