Did he at least acknowledge in anyway, shape, or form the comment(s) you made to him before hand? if he acknowledged that, then he has no one to be mad at except himself. Hey, at the very least, you might be out $35, but I promise you he is out more than that. I'll never buy parts from that guy, and I'm sure there are a few others that may feel the same way.
