Message	They do not unplug from the harness. The harness with the blue connector that you have pictured is from a later car. I'm not certain when they made the transition, but the early cars can be identified by a white connector on the bose housing. The door harnesses are different as well so that the earlier (white) and later (blue) amp connectors cannot be interchangeably used.
