| I was reading up on the post the other day about battery cable lengths which led to Robo's page on grounding kits and got me remembering the improvement I had installing mine on my old TT. I'd like to be able to do this again but with the criteria that the wires can't be mounted on top of the manifold or shock towers. The back of my engine is pretty accessible, more on the PS than DS and so besides maybe doing: 1 on the top back of the manifold where it's not easily visible. 1 on the transmission ground point mounted to the back of the DS head where I believe there is 2 threaded holes not used for anything. Any other thoughts? Underneath the car is always and option as well. I don't have A/C so I can always use those mounts too. Am wrong that for the grounding to be effective, it needs to eventually be tied back to the battery correct?
