Message	On a 285/35/18 you only have to turn 7250rpm to reach 200mph, provided there is enough grunt under the hood obviously. There was a post by Damon years ago about running some closed road stage in Texas where his data logging showed 199mph. Granted there are other considerations in the aero department but strictly speaking as a 'made it over the line' effort it should be relatively straight forward.
