for the sway bars and rack... The ES bushings tend to squeak if you dont lube them often. They also tend to deform over time. Not sure about the subframe ones. The advice i gave was knowledge, not experience on the ES subframe bushings.
That being said, i have a subframe i built for a customer who backed out at the last minute. It has solid SPL subframe bushings and Nismo Differential bushings already pressed in. The whole thing is painted in rust oleum black for protection and did not have a single ounce of rust on it. The subframe itself has about 75k on it and the bushings are brand new. (The Nismo diff bushings are no longer available anywhere) The SPL solids really firm up the back end. It feels much more planted in corners, and wheel hop does not exist with them. The Nismo diff bushings filter out the vibration and noise really well. I can sell it to you for cost and it will save you a ton of time. (Swapping subframe and diff bushings are a royal PITA) Let me know!
