Message	the first and only time I did the 240sx TB retrofit the accepted practice at the time was to weld and tap the manifold. That was an epic PITA. The new Z1 TB's appear to be CNC machined, whereas the prior generation were cast. I haven't attempted to install the TPS sensor yet, but the throttle plate seals up perfectly
