You could definitely make it work with more conservative, ie stock camber settings (which I recommend that you always have SOME negative camber). Due to positive camber gains in cornering which, in Bigwill's case, cost some grip and negative handling characteristics (no offence sir, just a good example here). +40 offset to mid +30 with a 10" wide wheel is about right with a meaty tire.
Another very important thing to mention as well: You don't want too high of an offset or else you risk hitting the inner suspension/coilover!
