| was not being used. My thinking with getting some other makers seats was that it might be a more economical option than having my seats built up. The heating/cooling kits on line are around $200 + wiring to get them working >$100? + fancy leather > $300? + all the labor to build > $500 = X. Finding some nice lux seats on Craigslist or at a salvage yard and building some custom rails = Y. X just seems like it would be much greater than Y. Plus the styling of the lux euro seats look great vs a lot of the pics I have seen of custom upholstery that look baggy and cheap. I have just started looking into all of this and was hoping that someone else has fit someone else's seats into the Z. I have 20K+ that I would like to sink into the car in the next few months with 14k+/- toward making her go faster and and 6K+/- to a cozy and modern cabin.
