Align the pulleys using the dots on the timing covers as reference only. The crank to a little notch on the oil pump. Next put your tensioner assembly on the block and mount with the 2 washers and nut only. Grab some paper clips or clamps and start aligning the marks on the belts with the dots on the pulley's and pump a clamp on each pulley holding the belt in place. Again the marks on the belt and the dot on the pulley is all that matters. The dots on timing covers are just decoration at this point. I start with passenger exhaust cam and work my way across to the driver side, than the crank pulley, and finally the tensioner. Leave the little bolt holding back the tensioner in place, and put in the bolt above the tensioner nut you installed earlier. Next get a long screw driver and use the ps bracket to pry and lift the tensioner enough to put the last bolt for the tensioner. Torque those to 14-16ftlbs I believe, the idler pulleys to 40ftlbs, remove the bolt holding the tensioner arm back, remove paper clips and spin the engine around 2 times to make sure the dots on pulley are close to the dots on the timing covers. Make sure your tensioner isn't extended past 4mm. Reassemble with Cas right in the middle
