Subject	Timing belt replacement/ timing needs to b readjusted?

Message	I just got my timing belt replaced but does that mean the timing has to be readjusted also or it will remain at the suggested setting of 15 degrees? Sorry if this question sounds dumb. I'm just trying to narrow down my high rpm /idling problem that caused my NO to spike so luper high. This was the only thing done to my Z that can cause the high rpm. Thanks for any help.
