You can get a lot more car for a lot less cash if you intend to drive the car. You're spending extra money just for time the car was neglected, when you could be spending it on proper maintenance and supporting modifications. You're still getting the (arguably) worst year available with the most bugs and issues, and you'll still have to replace a lot of parts at this stage in the game. You'd be ignoring good advice by buying your low-mileage specimen; it would only take one texting teenager to show you how much your insurance company disagrees with your purchase price.
