Message Been doing a few modifications and buying a few parts for the Race Z's so thought I might post an updated.

First the Red Z, never really liked the old hood (it had a Evo scoop that we had made in a hurry.)

So I bought a Mission CF Hood from Japan - awesome quality and bolt straight on.

Also the brakes got an upgrade, the Stillen Brembos had done about tens years of track use and really needed an update. I was in the USA last year and tried to buy a set from Stillen but they could not get the rotors to fit under the Sektar 17" wheels while still be full floating.

So we fitted AP PRO5000+ calipars with 36mm x 330mm AP Rotors, custom brakes, floating hats and redid the brake ducting. Excellent stopping power and no brake fade.

Now still have not fitted the Dailey dry sump to the Silver Z as when we went to fit it, the turbos got in the way. The builders of the car had made some custom tubular manifolds that moved the turbos forward. So I thought I would use some MS manifolds, but it seem dumb to go from tubular to cast.

So after a number of emails I found this company [ www.ooparts-international.co.jp ] which source aftermarket performance parts in japan and they managed the purchase of some sweet Pentroof manifolds - brand new. Good to see they are still making them.

They are a work of art.

So when the bank account has a bit of a chance to recover will be sending the Silver Z to the mechanic for fitting of the drysump - can't wait.

All specs are in my profile, but probably need to be updated.
