| Albeit not the same thing I am assuming that you will need to follow the same steps that I did. The 300ZX has small bolts where the Calipers attach to the hub, so you will need to drill the holes out enough for the new caliper and bolts to fit other than that and the obvious need for removal of the dust shields and bigger wheels with enough clearance you should be good... As previously stated your brake bias will be off a touch. If you aren't road racing or running in NASCAR you will never really notice...
