Message	It's not an answer to your question, but most fastener issues can be prevented with proper lubrication upon assembly. Anti-seize on the manifold studs/nuts would prevent galling of the threads, making disassembly much easier and allow a more consistent torque to be applied to the fastener to prevent unwanted relaxing of tension.
