I've researched the crap out of this concept, then use a combination to suit my needs. Used the standard MT-90, but then I put one bottle of heavy shockproof in (don't want too much) as well as half a bottle or so of Light Shockproof to ensure decent warm-up operation. Time will tell, but last track day, it was absolutely awesome shifting. NO grind and it is a trans with almost 200k on it!!! Trans works awesome round town now too. Very smooth. Side note, I wouldn't do pure heavy shockproof, as it is a bit corrosive to synchro's (Some call it the kiss of death as it will degrade them over time), however, if the trans is on it's way out, it will definitely increase it's shiftability for a long time (years before you need to worry, with scheduled changes of course). Heavy is also a bit thick, so I did opt to use the lighter stuff as well to reach a middle ground in viscosity which seems more appropriate for our trans'
