to move to have a boost creep issue. Testing since the boost creep issue surfaced with larger intercoolers and pipes has shown the divider to not make a difference, other to allow more air to get around the turbine wheel when the system can move enough air to cause boost creep with the divider installed. So the short answer is: the divider does not seem to be important with stock intercooler pipe, but should be removed if larger intercooler pipe is installed to keep from having boost creep above 6000 RPM.
