Message	The scissor jack is designed to be used on the pinch weld. There should be a spot near the front fender with a little notch on the pinch weld and another one near the rear to indicate where it's supposed to be used. That said unless you need it to jack the car up in an emergency you really should invest in a floor jack and jack it up properly.
