I don't need to hold anybody's hand when offering advice or assistance, I expect people to do their due diligence and search for answers and intelligence on their own. Haven't you ever seen House? Teachers rarely make progress by spoon-feeding their students. Rather, the ability to critically think and process information is stretched when someone knows there are consequences to being wrong, especially when knowing something is just a google away. There is no longer any excuse not to find answers to specific questions nowadays.
But you Canucks tend to see the world a little differently.
