As the other two have mentioned, the electric impact is no replacement for an air impact gun. It is very handy however for whipping bolts out quickly. The Snap On is light and powerful. Both the other techs at the shop I work at have one. I want one. Impacts are dangerous though. It is easy to get careless and cross thread things and really fuck shit up before you can get your finger off the trigger. The speed that impacts can tighten bots, especially self locking fasteners, can build up heat and gall the threads. TL/DR Snap on impact id bitchin but be careful.
