| Caveat: I don't have experience running water/meth injection. That being said, I am a research fiend and this has long been an interest of mine. I plan to run a water/meth injection system at some point. It seems to me that you can very possibly run a forced induction application without intercoolers running water/meth injection systems. And frankly, it may be better as a daily driver than the SMICs we normally run. Traditional intercoolers depend on the movement of air to run at their highest efficiencies. Not so with water/meth injection, it simply depends on the latent heat of vaporization to remove energy and lower intake temperature. This is a pretty decent primer for water/meth injection (albeit it is a sales pitch for a particular vendor, so take it as it's worth) http://www.alcoholinjectionsystems.com/a11/116+-Octane-With-Water-Injection!/article_info.html
