Message	emissions testing. I take my cars in for annual service and I have them (Voluntary) check the safety things that really matter, i.e. brakes, leaks in exhaust system, light bulbs burned out, tires, wiper blades, etc. Safety and emissions inspections have turned into revenue generating ploys for the states and profits for the service centers. :
