Message The system in the US from 90-93 is somewhat inadequate and gimmicky being mounted on the door. From 94-96 the US system is the same as the Canadian setup for all years: mounted on the body. If you're upgrading to the 94-96 system, the classiest way to install them is to use the updated door and pillar panels. Primary benefits include a cleaner install as well as a single-belt design that allows one to sinch the belt tight and lock it in place.
