Message as the weight. For instance FedEx uses a divisor of 139 so that means that the volume of the box divided by 139 = dim weight. In this case the volume in inches = 68x28x8 (15232). Divide that by 139 and you get the "Dim Weight" of 109+lbs. This is where the big shipping costs come in. Although the package actually weighs ~25lbs we are billed on the dimensional weight of ~109lbs. Furthermore the package is considered oversize because the box size exceeds another complicated calculation which adds a hefty oversize fee.

Not sure all of that detail was needed but to answer your question the actual weight of the box is roughly 25lbs.
