Message	at the head of almost every negative Z1 experience I've ever had. He does not understand how to handle adverse situations, which is a crucial characteristic for every successful businessman. I've had plenty of experiences with Z1, many positive and a few negative, but I'm not going to sit and drink the koolaid while other people rep it as an awesome business when their shortcomings should be noted (especially when it can affect other members). With any vendor or business, one single negative incident can overpower all the positive experiences. Try eating at a restaurant again after getting food poisoning.
