They are probably my favorite vendor out of the 4 that I have used. Whether it was $100 or $1,000 order, I have always gotten an email invoice with tracking number very soon after placing the order, received it quickly, and have not missed a single item. Any questions I had were answered by the staff, which has only happened on a couple of occasions. RDZ is the other vendor I had no problems out of. Responded to emails very quickly, product was spot on, shipping was fast, price was fair. Can't ask for much more than that. CZP has been good the few times I have ordered. Only issue I ever had was that I never received an email invoice for the 120k kit I ordered by phone. Not a huge problem as everything made it in quickly and the order was not missing a single item. A+ in my books The issue I am currently having is with AshSpec Performance. While I understand they are probably busy and I am not the only customer, I do think things could be handled a little better. With the way everyone talks about them I was expecting customer service to rain down from the heavens, orders to be perfect, and products to match. Almost 3 weeks ago (10/16/12) I called to ask about an ECU and some info on boost controllers. After talking for a bit I decided on the options I needed and placed the order via their website. I paid for the advanced core charge as my Z is my DD and I can't have it down for a week while I wait on the ECU. I fully understand that a build able core might not have been available at that exact time, and I had no problem with this. Pay a little extra, send my core back and get the money back, no big deal. After a week of waiting (10/22/12) I decided to call and find out if a core had been received yet and if I could get a guesstimate on when mine would be shipping out. I was told that cores had arrived and that mine would be built asap, and then shipped out. It was a squeeze but I should receive it by the end of the week, which would have been last Friday. I was a little upset when I did not get it by then, but again it was no big deal. I called again this past Tuesday and was told that the computers were on the fritz so he couldn't look up my order right then, but he took my info and said he would call back. It is now Thursday, no call has been received. I am sure I will get the ECU eventually, and it will probably be a great product. Just to me the way the orders are processed and handled seems very substandard, and even though the times I have talked to them they have been polite, I must admit I am not thoroughly impressed with my first order. /rant
