Message	(by water) are flooded to points that have been witnessed since the 1960's. The storm will hit the NYC area tonight sources providing different times my guess is 9PM. Wind speeds could be as high as 90MPH. We've never seen anything like this here. My Z is in a parking garage... I can't believe how many people left nice cars on streets here.
