Trade the pistons for some crappy AMS part. ....I know, "crappy AMS part" is a redundant statement. Anyway, then hold an event where we put it far out in the distance and shoot at it with the 500 (its quite difficult to aim accurately). Have a small entry fee that will go into a charity pool for ZCON 2013 to be AMS free. Form a "batting list" so its all turn-based and fair. Go over safety just like you would at a range (I do have formal safety training from several civilan and military entities). ...First person to shoot the AMS part gets the pistons. I would provide the ammo and the gun. The only thing participants would have to bring would be their own hearing and eye protection. In a pinch, I have some spare eye protection that can be borrowed.
