Message The thing your engine has to work against is mechanically accelerating 3600 pounds of mass forwards. The parasitic losses from the rotational and forward acceleration of the wheels themselves are a very small portion of this expenditure. The fraction of this portion that represents the difference between a very light wheel and a medium wheel is very, very small.
